Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. SEO Services

Refund Policy: Once SEO work has begun, refunds are not applicable due to the nature of the service. We will, however, work with you to make necessary adjustments if results are not satisfactory as per the project agreement.

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel SEO services before the campaign starts for a full refund. If cancelled after the campaign has started, a partial refund may be provided based on the work already completed.

2. Paid Ads

Refund Policy: Refunds for paid ad services are not applicable once the ad campaigns have been launched. We ensure to optimize the campaigns to meet your objectives, and any concerns will be addressed with adjustments as needed.

Cancellation Policy: Paid ad services can be cancelled prior to the campaign launch for a full refund. After launch, cancellations are not eligible for a refund due to the real-time nature of advertising.

3. Social Media Management

Refund Policy: Refunds for social media management services are available if the service is cancelled within the first week of the agreement. Beyond this period, refunds will not be provided, but we will continue to work on improvements to align with your goals.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel social media management services at any time. If cancelled within the first week, a refund will be provided for unused services. After this period, cancellations will not be refunded.

4. Graphic Design & UI/UX

Refund Policy: Refunds are available if the project is cancelled before design work begins. Once design work has started, refunds are not available. We will, however, make revisions to ensure you are satisfied with the outcome.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations before design work begins will receive a full refund. After work has started, no refund is available, but revisions will be made in accordance with the initial project scope.

5. Video Production

Refund Policy: Video production services are eligible for a refund if cancelled before the production process begins. Once production has started, refunds will not be provided. Revisions and edits are available as outlined in the initial agreement.

Refund Policy: Web development projects are eligible for a refund if cancelled before any development work begins. Once development has started, partial refunds may be offered depending on the stage of completion.
